Return and Refund Policy

At Kroutteβ„’, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here's how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

  • 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items not meeting these conditions may not be accepted.


2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

Returns without prior authorization will not be processed.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food)

  • Customized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/promotional items

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Follow the return process for the original item.

  • Place a new order for the replacement.


6. International Orders – EU Customers

For EU orders:

  • You may return items within 14 days for any reason.

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with proof of purchase.

This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.


7. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Allow up to 10 business days for processing.
