Our Shipping Approach

  • We ship directly from trusted manufacturers and regional centers to reduce storage, environmental impact, and provide faster delivery.

  • This approach helps us offer quality products at fair prices while reducing packaging waste.


1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days for order review and packaging (up to 6 days during high-demand periods).

  • Shipping Fee: Flat $6.99 for all orders.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 8–14 business days

  • Canada/UK/Australia: 10–16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14–21 business days

Please note that delays may occur during high-volume seasons or due to customs.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

  • Important: Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.


4. International Shipments & Customs

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Kroutte™ is not liable for delays caused by customs.


5. Changes or Cancellations

  • To change or cancel your order, email support@kivoraew.com within 12 hours.

  • Orders in processing cannot be modified.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: Contact us with a photo within 72 hours for a replacement.

  • Lost Packages: If confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
